As a Systems Engineer in our mechanics department, you will be responsible for system design and requirements management for the Ground Station/Remote Pilot Station (RPS). Become part of a competent team focused on innovation and collaboration!

Systems Engineer RPS with us:

You will be part of the Aerostructures & Installations team, which is a cross-functional team consisting of roles such as Mechanical Design Engineer, Stress Engineer, and Harness Design Engineer. The team works closely together, so you will be part of an engaged and competent team that has a family-like atmosphere.

In the role of Systems Engineer focusing on the Ground Station, you will:

  • have overall system responsibility and cohesion of the design for the entire system, which includes radio links and control station
  • work with requirements management, the entire chain from breakdown to verification and requirements closure
  • collaborate closely with our suppliers and product management
  • identify and suggest improvements based on functionality, manufacturability, availability, and customer benefit
  • work closely with colleagues both within the team and other departments such as mechanics, software engineers, and production engineers
  • engage in continuous improvement of processes, standards, and methodologies.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant engineering field. We prefer that you have several years of experience in system design and technical leadership. Experience in the aerospace industry is an advantage.

The position requires proficiency in both English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
