Your Role

In a time of increased threats and higher security demands, we continue to strengthen and develop our capabilities. We are now looking for a Lead Architect in IAM who wants to take overall responsibility for architecture, direction, and collaboration in the area of identity and access.

In this role, you will work both strategically and tactically to further develop our IAM services together with a competent and engaged team. You will lead through mentorship, collaboration, and a clear servant leadership approach, where you prioritize the backlog and create good conditions for the team's delivery and development.

You will ensure that solutions are designed in line with business needs, regulatory requirements, and overarching architectural principles. The focus is on identity security and cybersecurity, including compliance, access control, and lifecycle management - areas where you have overall responsibility.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Support and lead the team through servant leadership
• Navigate and help others act in a fast-moving and complex environment (VUCA)
• Be an expert and advisor to the Head of Service Area, Service Managers, and Service Owners
• Develop decision-making materials for both business and technical choices
• Ensure compliance with requirements, laws, regulations, standards, processes, and policies
• Design and evaluate solution proposals from multiple perspectives
• Document architecture and solutions
• Present and communicate architecture to different target groups and forums
• Work with and lead according to agile methodologies

Your Profile

We believe you have several years of experience as an architect in IAM and thrive in a role where you can combine technical depth with a holistic perspective and collaboration. Experience from larger, preferably global and complex organizations is a merit.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, curious, and comfortable communicating with various stakeholders - regardless of technical level. You enjoy supporting others, sharing your knowledge, and contributing to the team's collective development. Mentorship, collaboration, and structure are natural parts of your working style.

To be relevant for the role, we see that you have experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Privileged Access Security
• Access Management and PAM
• Identity Governance and lifecycle management
• Policy enforcement and policy decision (PBAC, RBAC, ABAC)
• Identity Federation and SSO (modern, traditional, hybrid, public cloud)
• Zero Trust / Zero Trust Network Access
• API Security
• Regulatory requirements such as NIST and Export Control
• Foundation Data
• PKI
• MFA
• Knowledge in Enterprise Architecture (Business, IT, Solution)
• Ability to translate Enterprise Architecture vision into IAM domain architecture
• Visualization and communication of current and target architectures
• Stakeholder management from an architecture perspective
• Experience implementing domain architecture in larger organizations
• Ability to describe and document domain architecture

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for certain citizenship.
