From our office in Mjärdevi, Linköping, we assist our clients with both consultants on-site and - to an increasing extent - with teams and commitments from our own premises.

We are currently in an expansive phase and see an exciting future ahead. To achieve this goal, we are now looking for another leader for our operations in Linköping. As a consulting unit manager and growth leader, you have a key role in our organization.

Your role as a consulting manager and growth leader

We are now looking for an experienced leader who is passionate about further developing a consulting business and its operations.

This is a senior role where you will take significant responsibility and make a concrete difference for our operations, our deliveries, and thus also contribute to our future growth.

The role of consulting unit manager and growth leader involves personnel responsibility for a group of about 10 consultants.

You will also lead issues related to business development, operations, and recruitment within our results unit and in our business area in Linköping.

This work is carried out together with others in our management team. Here you contribute with new energy and focus on strategic issues and our growth. You will be an important part of preparing us for our exciting future together.

Your focus areas will include leading initiatives related to our offerings and delivery capacity. Business development and sales. Recruitment and competence supply in line with growth goals, as well as collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to build our long-term success.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced leader with a background in consulting.

We believe you have previously held a managerial role but are now seeking a more strategic position where you also have the opportunity to influence more operational issues.

You need to be a good listener with a natural ability to build trust. You are driven to take personal responsibility and are passionate about doing your best for our employees.

You have a solid understanding and experience of technical consulting businesses, previous managerial experience with responsibility for personnel, delivery, and/or business, previous experience working with recruitment in a consulting company. You also have an interest in strategic issues in a consulting business and an established network within the industry in Linköping. Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security clearance with a background check.
