We are looking for a Solutions Architect for information mapping for pharmaceutical storage in-house. 

This is a consulting assignment. The client is a larger public actor in the healthcare sector in southeastern Sweden. The location is Linköping.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves supporting a strategic project aimed at strengthening national preparedness through the establishment of a long-term pharmaceutical storage as an information architect/information scientist. The assignment focuses on creating a coherent information architecture that ensures traceability, assortment management, and efficient inventory management. The work is carried out in close collaboration with several applications and support functions, as well as with support from the internal data and analytics unit. The role reports to the project manager for the assignment and to the head of the data and analytics unit.

Responsibilities

Create a coherent information architecture that supports complex information flows and requirements between several applications and support functions related to the implementation of a pharmaceutical storage.

Base your work on the defined capabilities within the pharmaceutical domain.

Build upon existing models and expand and complement them as needed with, for example, information flow models, process maps, and concept and information models.

Work as part of a project that is part of a strategic effort to increase national preparedness through, among other things, the storage of pharmaceuticals for at least three months.

Contribute to increasing pharmaceutical preparedness and reducing vulnerability in the supply chain through the development and adaptation of IT systems for traceability, assortment management, and inventory management.

Collaborate with and receive support and guidance from the internal data and analytics unit responsible for methodology and resources regarding information mapping.

Report to the project manager for the assignment and to the head of the data and analytics unit.

Requirements (Note: Mandatory)

Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

Knowledge: High competence in the field. Experience: 4-8 years of experience in the relevant area/role, serving as a role model for other consultants at lower levels. Leadership: Takes responsibility for a sub-area, can lead a smaller group. Independence: Can work independently. Good knowledge of modeling, such as information flows, information models, concepts, and processes. Understanding of master data management and data quality. Communicative and pedagogical skills to support the organization in mapping. Experience working in Enterprise Architect and with modeling languages such as UML, BPMN 2.0, and ArchiMate.

Meritorious

Deep knowledge and extensive experience in the role of information architect. Experience in information architecture within the healthcare sector. Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical domain. Knowledge and experience of regulations and quality requirements in the pharmaceutical area (LVFS, traceability, e-verification).
