As an experienced BI Developer, you will play a central role in our efforts to deliver effective solutions that support the business in making data-driven decisions. Our internal customers work across all functions within the organization, which means you will be working with many different types of requests and datasets. You will work in a team with other BI developers and data engineers, where you will support each other in delivering according to agreed working methods and best practices.

How You Will Make an Impact

You will be part of a data analytics team where you, along with other BI developers and data engineers, have great opportunities to influence and shape our working methods and are expected to work on continuous improvements.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business needs and have the ability to help them translate this into user stories.
You have a strong ability to meet the business needs in the form of clear and meaningful visualizations that adhere to good design standards.
You analyze data and have a good ability to help the business identify suitable KPIs.
You work closely with data engineers to define the needs for appropriate backend solutions.

What You Bring

You have a university degree with a focus on data or knowledge deemed equivalent.
You have extensive experience in BI development with a particular focus on Power BI. Knowledge of Qlik and Tableau is also highly meritorious.
You have a deep understanding of best practices and methods in BI development, such as data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design.
You have a genuine interest in learning new things and understanding the business in depth.
You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You are analytical and have a solution-oriented mindset.
You have the willingness and ability to keep up with developments in the BI field.
You are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

As the team grows, high demands are placed on shared processes and collaboration, and we are all expected to contribute to the development of the business. Our services are often in demand, and we strive to offer fast delivery times. This means we are constantly looking for opportunities to work more efficiently while maintaining quality. Since we have employees who do not fully master Swedish, we switch daily between Swedish and English.

Within the Gas Services division, we offer energy solutions with zero or low emissions based on our gas turbines gathered under one roof, along with steam turbines and generators. Through service, modernization, and digitalization of the delivered fleet, we create opportunities for a reduced climate footprint.
