Kriminalvården is growing – we are building new, renovating, and expanding!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We work in teams and are responsible for providing the organization with digital solutions that simplify and streamline their daily work. We try to use new technologies where possible, but we also work a lot with the management of our existing solutions.

The role involves managing the governance product to meet the needs of the organization and users, planning IT-related operational management (change management, daily operations, and user support), collaborating with suppliers, and prioritizing operational work within the framework of the object plan.

Within Employment, tasks include work operations, other structured activities, and client digitalization.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are goal-oriented and results-driven, working towards clear objectives. You collaborate well with others but also take responsibility and work independently when needed. You show flexibility in changing situations and take the initiative to create progress and find solutions.

It is important to us that you share Kriminalvården's fundamental values of a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and faith in the human will and ability to develop. You are also aware of and understand how background, culture, and group affiliation affect yourself and others. We are looking for someone who has:

  • A university degree or vocational training in a relevant field, such as systems science, computer engineering, engineering, or similar, or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by Kriminalvården
  • Several years of experience in leading work within IT
  • Experience as a project manager, program manager, and/or governance manager
  • Knowledge of governance management
  • Good knowledge of support processes

It is advantageous if you have:

  • Experience in system development
  • Experience in IT infrastructure
  • Experience in procurement of standard systems
  • Experience working within an authority
  • Knowledge of Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of agile work
  • Good knowledge of process development
