Ida Infront is looking for a solution architect, or business consultant as we call it, to develop solutions for our customers and act as a product owner in one or more development teams. You will be based in one of our offices in central Linköping or central Stockholm. It also works well to work remotely from your home office or anywhere else in Sweden where you enjoy working.

Role Description

As a solution architect within the business area Case Solutions, you are an important player in the development of our products and are involved in further developing our offerings. Together with development teams, project managers, and product management, you have a technical focus and ensure that the right things are configured and developed at the right time. The work also provides opportunities for close customer contacts. You will ensure that the customer's needs for functions are implemented in our products and customer solutions.

You will become our expert in case management and how our product is used by our customers. The role also includes helping our customers use iipax correctly. To ensure this, you participate in bidding work, projects, and management, as well as in extensive dialogue with the customer's organization.

As a solution architect/business consultant, you will work with the following:

• Gathering requirements from customers and designing appropriate solutions
• Acting as product owner for one or more customer solutions where you collaborate with the development team using an agile approach
• Analyzing specifications in procurements and developing new solutions for individual customers based on iipax
• Offering and conducting demos of the product to existing and potential customers
• Conducting training in product and customer solutions
• Collaborating with the product manager to design new functionality
• Taking an active responsibility to identify synergies between customers to increase the potential for reuse
• Taking an active responsibility to work as a change leader in customer projects

Your Profile

You have a university degree in IT or equivalent knowledge.

We believe you have solid experience in the development of IT systems, preferably in larger organizations and within the public sector. You thrive on having contact with customers and have an interest in functionality, understanding IT architecture and integrations, as well as experience in Java.

You must have Swedish citizenship, which is required to work on our security-classified projects.

Personal Qualities

As a business consultant, you have good communication skills. A large part of the work involves specifying and conveying functions for the development team, the project manager, and not least within the customer's organization.

You feel confident making decisions regarding solution issues. You enjoy working independently as well as coordinating and collaborating.
