We are looking for a meticulous and solution-oriented network technician for a longer consulting assignment with one of our clients in infrastructure and technology. The assignment is suitable for you who have a few years of experience in network work, want to take the next step in your career, and thrive in a security-classified environment with high demands on structure, availability, and quality.

Responsibilities
As a network technician, you will be part of a technical team responsible for the operation, management, and further development of network environments. The role is broad and includes both daily problem-solving and participation in change work.

You will among other things:
• Work with troubleshooting, operation, and maintenance of network infrastructure
• Handle incidents and changes according to established processes
• Monitor network environments and analyze logs
• Collaborate with colleagues in technical projects and improvement initiatives

QualificationsMust-have requirements:
• At least 2 years of experience working as a network technician
• Good knowledge of routing, switching, and firewalls
• Experience in network monitoring and troubleshooting in larger IT environments
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and writtenMeritorious:
• Experience in Cisco environments or equivalent vendors
• Knowledge of wireless networks and network security
• Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems
• Experience in scripting or network automation
• Certifications in networking, such as CCNA or equivalent

Conditions
Start: By agreement
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week
This is a consulting assignment. You will be employed by Q and leased to the client.
