Security Administrator (Temporary Position)

We are now looking for a security administrator for a temporary position of approximately one year. An administrator tasked with providing broad administrative support in LFV's security work, primarily within Preparedness and Security, but also to the rest of the security organization.

Preparedness and Security is a unit within Governance and Finance responsible for crisis and preparedness issues, total defense planning, aviation security, security protection, and signal protection. Close cooperation occurs with the Information Security Unit as this part of security protection is organized separately. Preparedness and Security currently consists of 11 employees, mainly located at LFV's headquarters in Norrköping.

In the operational activities, there are security coordinators who support responsible managers with security work. Preparedness and Security functionally coordinates these employees through governance and support as well as joint competence development.

The position involves:

Performing administrative tasks largely independently, based on applied guidelines and practices at the authority.

• Participate in the development of methods and working practices.
• Attend and administer security-related internal forums.
• On assignment, formulate and edit texts, take minutes, and draft correspondence.
• Register and document actions in document and case management systems (and provide public documents upon request).
• Web editor for the security intranet.
• Work with administrative tasks, for example, in connection with meetings, travel, courses, and conferences.

We are looking for someone who has:

• 3-year upper secondary education.
• Administrative knowledge and experience.
• Good knowledge of documentation administration and confidentiality.
• Generally high IT maturity, good knowledge of the Office suite.
• Good language skills in both spoken and written Swedish and English.

It is an advantage if you have worked with security-related issues.

Additional Information

The position is a fixed-term employment (temporary) for approximately one year with a placement in Norrköping.

The position involves travel primarily within Sweden.

Before employment, LFV conducts a security screening that includes a background check, security interview, and drug test. The position requires Swedish citizenship.
