Job Description

As a developer with us, you are an active part of developing the region's central follow-up solutions, master data management, and our capabilities in the area to best support the organization’s work with information supply, follow-up, and analysis.

In this role, you will largely work with the development and management of the region's technical solutions for master data management. Through structured management of information used in several operational systems, you create conditions for better efficiency, higher quality, and safer processes in, for example, the supply of medicines and medical products.

You work closely with business analysts, information architects, and clients in teams where collaboration and quality are key principles. Through your innovative thinking and responsiveness, you see what the organization needs and not just what is requested. Your knowledge and exploratory approach contribute to our journey towards becoming an even more information-driven organization.

Work Group

The area of Information-Driven Development consists of about 80 employees with a primary focus on driving and supporting the region's work on information management, follow-up and analysis, production development, and digitization in healthcare operations. The area is divided into two units, and this position is located in the data and analysis unit. You will work in a cross-functional team with architects and BI developers as well as business analysts and development leaders representing different areas and operations.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in BI/system development, data management, and a relevant university education, for example in engineering or system development.

If you have experience from the public sector and particularly healthcare, that is a big plus!

You are comfortable with:

  • Databases, primarily SQL and T-SQL.
  • Microsoft Business Intelligence tools (SSIS, SSAS).
  • MDX, DAX, and Power BI.
  • Master data management (meritorious)
  • Data and process visualizations (meritorious)

You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

You are an engaged team player who loves to both learn new things and share your knowledge. With a structured approach and a sense of quality, you see the big picture without losing sight of the details. You are driven to create solutions that truly make a difference for the organization – and thereby for residents and patients. Complex challenges excite you, and you have good analytical skills. You work independently with effective planning and execution.
