Digital Business Developer with Object Leadership Responsibility

Do you want to develop and revolutionize digital processes within the public sector? Then you could be our new digital business developer with object leadership responsibility!

Who are we?

The mission of the Competence Supply Office is to make the future workforce visible and to be an active part in solving Norrköping's competence supply needs. With our shared resources and professional expertise, we are a central part both internally and externally for societal growth and individual development.

We design effective and flexible training based on competence supply needs and career changes in the labor market, as well as initiatives for those who are far from the labor market. We provide our residents with opportunities to grow and develop, ensuring that the path to self-sufficiency is as short as possible. This increases the quality of life for residents, where more take responsibility and contribute to a sustainable future.

Competence supply is the term that unites us in our mission across all the operations we work for. Within the office, we are about 400 employees responsible for social assistance according to the Social Services Act, municipal labor market measures, budget and debt counseling, and adult education from SFI to higher vocational education. We provide administrative support to the competence supply committee.

Work is ongoing within the Competence Supply Office to compile our resources and digital systems, where we will review all IT components and consolidate them within one object. We are now looking for a digital business developer to continue the development in the digital area!

Your Responsibilities

As a digital business developer with us, you will lead and develop digital support within the organization. Your focus will be on environmental monitoring, process development, and creating decision-making materials for the development and decommissioning of digital systems.

You will be responsible for steering objects within the Competence Supply Office from requirement specification, development to management and follow-up.

You will plan and follow up on the work, creating materials for the budget, and tracking costs and results. You will be responsible for annually, together with the core business, developing an object plan for prioritized digital areas.

Your focus area within the object will be to maintain, but you will also work on development, decommissioning, and innovation in the digital area. You will ensure that existing solutions function stably and effectively with good quality. You will also manage contracts and supplier contacts and have an overview of all costs and agreements related to our IT components.

As a digital business developer, you will ensure that system documentation exists and is updated. You will translate the office's strategic goals into concrete actions.

Who are you?

To succeed in the role, we see that you have experience in analyzing usage and developing digital support.

You have worked with environmental monitoring, process development, and project work.

Creating decision-making materials for the development and decommissioning of digital support is something you bring into the role.
