Your Responsibilities

We are now looking for an Industrial IT/OT System Administrator for our client Siemens Energy, a world-leading player in energy technology. The role is part of their ICS (Industrial Control System) department where you will be a key person in implementing and operating industrial IT and OT solutions in global projects. This is an exciting opportunity for you who want to work in international projects within the energy and oil & gas sectors, while also developing in industrial IT and cybersecurity. A Day in the Role

As an Industrial IT/OT System Administrator, you will work on implementing industrial network components and Windows clients in delivery projects. You will collaborate closely with project teams, the cybersecurity department, and customers worldwide to ensure secure and stable system solutions. Your Main Responsibilities

• Implement and configure system solutions in projects to maintain security and stability in control systems.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to cybersecurity and control engineers.
• Work as part of cross-functional project teams with colleagues and customers globally.
• Provide advice and guidance regarding IT/OT components to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous skill development – both your own and others.
• Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues for employees.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a strong interest in industrial IT/OT who wants to work in a technically advanced environment. You thrive on responsibility, have good problem-solving skills, and appreciate working both independently and in teams. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in configuration, deployment, and administration of Windows Server and client environments.
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Experience working in international project environments.
• Familiar with working remotely with digital collaboration tools.
• Experience in configuring and operating local networks and network switches is a plus.
