Aeronautics IT is on an exciting journey of change! We want to challenge, develop, and transform ourselves while preserving what works well in the technical areas we deliver. We are now starting our own Service Desk for Aeronautics users in red environments. Are you a curious person with an interest in learning more about IT and a personal drive?

As a Service Desk Technician with us, you will be an important person in the team responsible for the support flow of various types such as incidents, orders, changes, and monitoring. You are our face to the outside world and the first point of contact for Aeronautics users. The tasks require high demands on accuracy and security thinking in all the work we perform.
Your tasks will include:
- Phone support & user contact
- Logging of cases in the support system
- Monitoring of IT environments
- Account and permission administration
- Administration and troubleshooting within Linux and Windows server platforms
Support trips within and outside Sweden may occur, and work may sometimes take place in the evenings and on weekends.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in Service Desk, Call Center, or IT-related operations and support, preferably with a focus on customer support, monitoring, troubleshooting, and account and permission administration. You enjoy working independently but also value collaboration with colleagues to improve and streamline work routines.
As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, curious, and passionate about providing good service to colleagues in need of help. You are comfortable speaking on the phone and contacting users for troubleshooting. It is important that you find it rewarding to discover smart technical solutions to improve and streamline work. Additionally, you are punctual and keep your promises.
You need to have good knowledge in the following areas:
- Customer support & user contact
- Logging of cases in the support system
- Monitoring of IT environments
- ITIL framework
- Swedish and English in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have knowledge or experience in:
- Administration and troubleshooting within Linux and Windows server platforms
- Identity management, account & permissions
Since travel may occur in the position, having a driver's license is also advantageous.
