System Engineer Wanted at Combitech in Linköping

What the Role Involves

As a system engineer with us, you will play a key role in the customer's organization. With your technical expertise and good communication skills, you will support the customer throughout the process, from defining customer requirements to implementing code and conducting tests. You will act as a link between technical and non-technical stakeholders within the organization.

Common tasks for a system engineer include interpreting and receiving requirements and forwarding them to the development team, ensuring that hardware and software integrate smoothly in development projects, collaborating closely with software modules, and playing an important role in the team, even if you are not necessarily the most experienced coder, as well as maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers to understand and meet their needs.

What We Are Looking For

We see that you have at least 3 years of experience as a system engineer or in a similar role and an educational background with a degree in engineering in technical physics, computer engineering, software engineering, aerospace engineering, or equivalent.

Good understanding of architecture and system design.

As the position involves work that is subject to defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security screening with a background check.
