Your Responsibilities

The GSO MGT Business Excellence department is now looking for a project manager who wants to lead cross-functional initiatives and contribute to creating the efficient working methods of the future. Business Excellence consists of a team of about 30 dedicated employees who work with business development, continuous improvements, and digitalization. They drive change projects that create added value for the entire organization, always focusing on quality, efficiency, and employee engagement.

As a project manager within Business Excellence, you will:

  • Lead and drive business development projects with a focus on digitalization and process development
  • Be responsible for reporting to sponsors, steering groups, PMO, and management
  • Initiate and drive feasibility studies together with representatives from relevant parts of the business
  • Establish project plans and ensure progress towards set goals
  • Develop specifications for the development of IT tools
  • Actively work with change management throughout the project lifecycle
  • Follow up and support implementation in the business together with the sponsor
  • Contribute to the department's work in spreading best practices and developing our working methods

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience leading projects in large, global organizations
  • Excellent ability to lead workshops, compile results, and present in an educational manner
  • Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience in IT and process development projects
  • Solid experience in change management in complex organizations
  • Knowledge of business systems such as SAP and SFDC (Salesforce)
