About the position Do you love service and are looking for a fun part-time job? We are looking for a flexible star to join our team!

    In this role as a receptionist, you will be part of developing a service assignment in one of Gothenburg's most popular shopping centers!

    Frölunda Torg opened its beautiful information desk in 2022, where you as a receptionist will be part of the shopping experience for visitors and a natural contact for employees in the center. Together with your colleague, you will be the shopping center's face to the public, which requires good communication skills, attentiveness, and a positive attitude. We offer a very varied and independent job in a pleasant environment with cheerful and service-oriented colleagues. The tasks are diverse and include, among other things, directing visitors, answering questions, selling gift cards, contacting suppliers and center management, as well as other customer inquiries.

    Who are you? We know that you are a true service star who is passionate about personal interaction and loves working with people. You work proactively and solution-oriented and are always one step ahead. You are flexible and unpretentious and can work both independently and in a team. We would like you to be energetic, driven, ambitious, and enjoy coming up with new ideas. You have previous experience in service and have worked with the Office package, and you speak fluent Swedish and English.

    Employment Employment type: Hourly employment Employment rate: Fixed weekend shifts and extra as needed. You may also be called in at short notice on the same day as well as during planned absences; you can also apply for available shifts and enter your availability in our scheduling app. Start: Immediately Working hours: Varying during the center's opening hours (weekdays: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM, Saturdays: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Sundays: 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM).
