About Pharmacy Näckrosen

Pharmacy Näckrosen is Lidköping's largest pharmacy and is centrally located in the heart of the city. With us, you meet a wide variety of customers every day, from new faces to many appreciated regulars who gladly return for both advice and good service.

We are currently a team of six pharmacists and five self-care advisors who work closely together and complement each other with different experiences and areas of responsibility. Our work environment is characterized by collaboration, care, and commitment; we help each other to create both a safe everyday life and a positive customer experience.

As part of our team, you will be an important piece in further developing the business while contributing to making Lidköping's largest pharmacy a natural choice for customers.

The working hours for this position are within the local pharmacy's opening hours: weekdays 09:00-19:30, Saturdays 09:00-16:00, Sundays 11:00-16:00

Your role

Our pharmacists always work with care, quality, and the customer's needs in focus. In your role with us, you contribute to a safe, professional, and welcoming experience for everyone who visits us. In your role, you will handle advice, prescription dispensing, and self-care, and take responsibility for safety and service in every customer interaction.

• Provide professional advice and create added value in every customer interaction, with care and understanding of people's different needs.
• Contribute to patient safety and quality in everything you do, so our customers can feel secure with us.
• Share knowledge and experience with your colleagues – we grow and develop together.
• Stay updated on our product range and our campaigns to provide customers with the best possible assistance.
• Contribute ideas and initiatives to develop both the workday and the customer experience at our pharmacy.

For this position, you need to be a licensed pharmacist or pharmacy technician, with a clear interest in people, health, and medications.
