We are currently looking for a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for a 33-year-old man living in Alvesta. The client has a developmental disability and is autistic with epilepsy. He loves swimming, horseback riding, and driving. In his daily life, he appreciates routines, closeness, and security. It is important that you create and convey a sense of calm in his everyday life. You will work in the client's home with a fantastic indoor and outdoor environment and accompany him to daily activities. Duties include constant active supervision, daily care, cooking, activities, and more.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is positive, calm, and secure in their professional role and has a sense of responsibility. You should be able to express yourself easily in both speech and writing as you will often represent the client. You should be attentive, caring, and genuinely engaged. It is a plus if you have healthcare education or previous experience working with autism/epilepsy.

About the employment:

Employment type: Hourly employment, as needed. 

Working hours: Daytime, evening, and awake night. Weekdays and weekends. 

Start date: Immediately or by agreement.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews will be held continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. We will place great emphasis on personal suitability.
