STC is one of Sweden's largest gym chains with over 250 gyms and a wide range of training options in gym and group training. We agree with WHO, the Public Health Agency, and the government's investigators: we sit too much. Obesity is increasing, and mental health issues like depression are becoming more common. But there is a simple solution that works wonders for both body, heart, and brain – movement! But we need your help!

We are now looking for a Personal Trainer (PT) for our gym in Alvesta who wants to inspire, guide, and create joy in training for our members.

Your mission

As a Personal Trainer, you are a key person in our members' training journey. You help them set goals, provide professional guidance, and support them all the way to success. You are as much a coach as a motivator, and the salesperson's mindset comes naturally – you know that your services make a difference and want to reach more people.

In your role, you actively drive the sales of PT services and work on building your own client base. You collaborate closely with the team at the gym and contribute to creating an inclusive, inspiring, and professional environment where members feel safe, seen, and motivated.

Your responsibilities mainly include:

• Conducting individual training sessions with high quality and tailored programs for each member.
• Actively selling and marketing PT services and packages, both directly and in collaboration with gym hosts.
• Following up on customer results and adjusting training based on their development and needs.
• Participating in events, trial sessions, and other activities that increase the visibility of your services.
• Being a good ambassador for STC's values and contributing to a positive gym culture.

Working hours may vary and require flexibility, including evenings and weekends.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about training, loves to motivate others, and wants to work with people. You are confident in your role as a trainer, have a coaching approach, and are used to working with goal management – both for your clients and yourself.

You are professional, service-oriented, and see every contact with a member as an opportunity to create value. You are also accustomed to selling and driven by both helping and building your own PT business.

Requirements:

• Completed approved FRISK-licensed PT education

• At least 18 years old
• High level of service
• Strong sense of sales and quality
• Flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
