You will work within the framework of the service 'Steps to Employment', where you will guide a group of participants through individual conversations, lectures, and group activities. Those participating in the 'Steps to Employment' service are a diverse group of people who all need practical guidance and labor market knowledge to strengthen their opportunities for employment. • Scheduling and planning activities and interventions
• Individual-based competency mapping
• Support during activity execution and on real workplaces  
• Conduct follow-ups at workplaces
• Hold lectures and conduct individual conversations
• Administration and documentation
• Collaboration and dialogue with the Employment Service

• Has at least 2 years of full-time higher education or vocational training in sociology, behavioral science, pedagogy, or medicine  
• 1 year of experience working at least part-time with individual or group guidance/coaching of people with mental or physical health issues or disabilities in the last 3 years
• Has good communication skills in speech and writing
• Is responsible, relationship-building, and organized
• Has good labor market knowledge and local insight
