- A good understanding of the legal conditions for different forms of collaboration, their financial frameworks, and funding principles.
- Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- A good understanding of research-related issues regulated in collaboration agreements, such as the teacher exemption, publications, and confidentiality.
- Documented experience in project management, coordination, and organization, as well as a structured working method.
Personal qualities
We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and social skills. We are looking for someone who:
- Is outgoing with high social competence.
- Is service-oriented, clear, and proactive.
- Has collaborative skills and actively wants to contribute to good relationships with colleagues and researchers.
- Is unpretentious and results-oriented.
- Independently seeks out necessary information and takes responsibility for tasks.
