Customer Service Manager – centralize, lead, and develop customer service for three e-commerce companies

Hemfint Group, consisting of the successful e-commerce companies Hemfint, Outl1, and Trendrum, is looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for customer service in our three e-commerce companies based in Broby.

In this role, you will have an exciting assignment: to lead the move of customer service from Kristianstad to Broby while centralizing the function to create a unified organization. You will gather the workforce under a clear structure, develop effective routines, and ensure a consistent and high level of service regardless of brand or market.

As a Customer Service Manager, you will work under our Delivery Manager and become an important part of our operational delivery organization. Since customer service and warehouse operations are in the same premises, the role involves close daily collaboration with the warehouse. This allows questions and issues to be resolved quickly and efficiently, while you and your team always keep the customer journey in focus.

In addition to the local team, you will also have personnel responsibility for three customer service employees in Stockholm, where other parts of the company are located. You will lead a geographically dispersed group and unite everyone under a common culture, working methodology, and goals.

A central part of your mission is to build a larger and well-functioning customer service team that is ready for the next peak season. You will be responsible for coaching and developing employees, as well as implementing routines and tools that provide a professional and scalable customer service.

Together with your team, the warehouse operations, and other parts of the organization, you will drive development projects and improve processes that enhance both customer experience and efficiency.

We are looking for someone with experience in leading customer service in a fast-changing environment, preferably with an e-commerce focus. You are a structured and inspiring leader who enjoys working closely with the business, building teams, and simultaneously driving change at a strategic level.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. Start date according to agreement. Location in Broby.
