Åslunds El currently has 27 employees and works with electrical services in both service and contracting for both large and small customers. We mainly operate between Uppsala and Stockholm, with our head office in Knivsta. We handle both smaller installations and assignments as well as larger projects. We are now looking for an accounting assistant / administrator for a part-time position at our office in Knivsta. You will primarily be responsible for bookkeeping and finance, but also a number of administrative tasks, such as customer contact, management of tool inventory, etc. You will mainly work independently and preferably have previous experience in our industry.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in bookkeeping and finance. We work with the programs Björn Lundén and Timekeeper, and we would prefer that you have prior experience with these programs. Education is not a requirement but is considered an advantage.

You who are applying should:

Have previous experience in bookkeeping and invoicing.

Have previous experience with Björn Lundén.

Be accustomed to independent work.

Have previous experience in payroll management.

Be comfortable with phone contact.

Be fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As an accounting assistant / administrator, you will primarily work with the company's bookkeeping and invoicing. You will also handle bookings for service work and the telephone switchboard. Some personnel issues and administrative tasks will be included. You will also be responsible for payroll management. You should enjoy planning and structure as you will largely be responsible for organizing your work. Previous experience in an electrical company is an advantage.
