We are currently looking for someone who wants to work part-time and become a part of our wonderful team as a personal assistant for our client living just outside Söderköping. You will support the client in their daily routines and activities. You will perform some manual transfers, personal care, and household tasks.  

What does the job of a personal assistant entail? 

As a personal assistant, you work with a person with a functional variation. You help with the things in daily life that many take for granted, such as dressing, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in leisure activities. You make a significant difference and help another person's daily life function. Contributing every day to someone being able to live their life as they wish is, in our opinion, the most important job in the world. 

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally.  

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and make yourself understood in Swedish.
• be able to work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekend. 
• have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement).
• have a driver's license (to be able to get to the workplace).

Scope: part-time or hourly employment

Start date: immediate

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
