About Helseplan

Helseplan is a consulting company focused on the Scandinavian healthcare and social care sector. As an independent actor, the company works to ensure that healthcare is accessible, equitable, high-quality, and resource-efficient.

The work is based on evidence-based methods and a strong focus on creating sustainable long-term results.

Helseplan applies collective agreements and offers competitive terms, including good pension contributions, generous vacation terms, and wellness benefits. Great emphasis is placed on the balance between work and leisure, and social and physical activities are encouraged. All employment begins with a six-month probationary period. The office is located at Odenplan in central Stockholm, close to good transport links.

Job responsibilities

As a management consultant at Helseplan, you will work on some of the most critical and socially significant issues within Swedish healthcare. In the role of management consultant, you will do everything from conducting needs analyses, supporting change efforts, implementing new working methods, digital tools to data analysis, compiling reports, and healthcare outcomes.

We are now looking for an experienced management consultant to act as project support for two large projects at a government agency, one of which is a government assignment. The work primarily involves monitoring and driving issues that overlap and concern both projects, preparing documentation, analyses, and compilations and reports. You will also support with documentation, prepare and maintain the structure of the projects.

The position encompasses several areas of expertise, including strategy and business development and operational follow-up. The role offers excellent opportunities for professional and personal development. Each employee's development path is shaped based on individual strengths, interests, and goals – and as experience increases, greater responsibility and more qualified assignments are given.
