Bilgruppen i Norr is in the midst of an exciting growth journey, and we are now looking for an engaged and meticulous finance assistant to join our team in Sundsvall.

We are currently represented along the entire northern coast in the cities of Skellefteå, Umeå, Örnsköldsvik, Kramfors, and Sundsvall. We work with car sales, service market, and authorized car service with Kia as a common denominator. We are now looking for someone who wants to take a first or next step in their career in finance and administration – and who is curious about a future industry in change.

About the role

As a finance assistant with us, you will have a broad and educational role where you develop in line with the business. You will work closely with our economists and support several important parts of the daily work – such as:

• Accounts receivable and payable
• Car administration
• Reconciliations

You will quickly take on your own responsibilities for tasks, while always having support from your colleagues in the finance department. You will also work closely with other functions within the company, making the work both varied and social.

About you

This job is suitable for you who:

• Has an education in finance or administration – from high school, university, vocational training, or similar
• May have worked for a year in a similar role, or is a recent graduate with internship experience
• Enjoys having order and structure, and likes when things are done correctly
• Is curious, a quick learner, and has a positive attitude

We believe you have good computer skills, preferably experience with Excel. It is an advantage if you have worked in any business system before. If you also have experience working in Kobra II, that is a big plus – but not a requirement.

You need to be able to express yourself well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since we operate in the automotive industry, a B driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a six-month probation period. Salary according to agreement.
