About the assignment and the candidate we are looking for

Global HR Business Partner – consulting assignment with the possibility of employment

We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven Global HR Business Partner for our client, an international company with offices in central Stockholm. In this role, you will have an important key function where you will work closely with the CEO and the management team in Sweden, as well as being an active part of a global HR team within the EMEA region. The assignment is suitable for you who are comfortable working in a complex, international matrix organization where all communication and documentation is in English.

Start: Immediately Scope: Full-time Duration: 4-6 months, with the possibility of employment with our client Location: Central Stockholm Working method: Hybrid, 3 days/week in the office

Examples of tasks:

• Strategic and operational HR support to the CEO and management team in Sweden
• Drive and develop HR processes in a global, technology-oriented environment
• Support in change management and organizational development
• Implement new working methods in line with the global HR model
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and support managers both locally and internationally
• Drive and manage individual negotiations regarding employment conditions, transitions, and terminations – in line with the company's policy and applicable labor law
• Work data-driven with HR analysis and reporting
• Ensure that global HR initiatives are implemented locally with high quality
• Strategic and operational HR consultation across the entire HR area

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in an international context
• Has worked in matrix organizations 
• Is confident, proactive, and thrives in environments with change and high pace
• Has excellent knowledge of Swedish labor law
• Has extensive experience supporting managers in both strategic and operational HR issues
• Is accustomed to driving change initiatives and implementing new processes and working methods
• Is tech-savvy and has experience with various HR systems, preferably Workday
• Communicates fluently in English and Swedish, both spoken and written
