We are now looking, on behalf of our client, for a structured and self-driven Finance Administrator with experience in the Order-to-Cash process for a consulting assignment of approximately 6 months.
Start/end: Immediate start during January until July 2026
Location: Stockholm
The assignment takes place in an international and process-oriented environment with broad contact surfaces and a fast pace.
Our client operates a Nordic Shared Service setup with global process responsibility within Order to Cash, which encompasses the entire chain from credit management and master data to invoicing, accounts receivable, payment allocation, collections, as well as reporting and closing.
You will be a key person in the operational work and also serve as support to both process owners, controlling, outsourcing partners, and internal operations.
Your main responsibilities- Review and manage supplier invoices
- Handle internal clearing
- Ongoing and ad hoc invoicing
- Support to Controlling in revenue analysis and reporting
- Support to internal and external customers as well as outsourcing partners
- Incident and deviation management related to invoicing
- Participation in improvement work regarding O2C processes
- High school diploma in economics or equivalent education
- Several years of experience in finance/administration, preferably from larger or complex organizations
- Good understanding of invoicing and master data processes
- Very good system skills, especially within ERP environments – experience with SAP is highly meritorious
- Very good Swedish and English in speech and writing
(additional Nordic languages are meritorious)
