Substitute for Office Services Unit

Do you want to work in a role where you meet people every day and make a difference for both colleagues and visitors? Do you have previous experience working in reception/switchboard and enjoy developing and improving your work? The Kammarkollegiet is in an exciting phase of development and is now looking for someone who wants to contribute to our Office Services Unit.

The Office Services Unit consists of four employees and belongs to the Finance and Administration Department. The unit is a central part of the authority and provides support to our approximately 370 employees as well as external visitors. Together, we are responsible for reception and switchboard services, as well as janitorial and property management including certain security issues. As we are a smaller team, we help each other where needed, and we have a humble atmosphere.

As one of our employees will be on leave, we are now looking for a substitute.

Job Description

In this role, your main tasks will be within the areas of reception and switchboard, where you will work in a broad and varied role with several parallel tasks and with significant personal responsibility. You will welcome visitors and also assist the authority's employees with various tasks such as orders, mail and courier management, catering, and room bookings. In the switchboard, in addition to forwarding phone calls, you will perform simple system and register maintenance in the authority's telephony environment. You will also work administratively with tasks such as handling access cards and cases in the case management system Easit, as well as updating our internal information channels.

Are you our new colleague?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Current and relevant experience of working in a reception and switchboard
  • Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
  • Good knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • High digital maturity
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

It is meritorious if you have:

  • experience working with similar tasks in the public sector
  • experience providing simple technical support to visitors

More Information

The position is based in Stockholm.

Start as soon as possible (by agreement). The substitute position runs until June 30, 2026, but may be extended for at least 6 months.
