Customer Service Representative Wanted

We are looking for a customer service representative. Your main responsibilities will be to communicate with customers and to:

answer phone calls
respond to emails
handle complaints
receive bookings
follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction

It is a plus if you are familiar with Visma eEkonomi and have experience with various CRM systems.

You should be service-oriented, organized, and possess good communication skills.
