Your role at Iver We are looking for another colleague to join the controller team, which is in an exciting phase where roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools are under development. The Group Business Control team consists of a diverse group of employees led by the Head of FP&A. This is an analytical and business-oriented role where you, together with the team, will be responsible for several business areas and collaborate with both business management groups and corporate management. In this role, you will act as a Business Partner and be an advisory party related to insights and decisions to be made. You have the opportunity to shape the role together with the Head of FP&A. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with different departments to ensure accurate and relevant financial reporting, as well as identify areas for development.

• Support the business with strategic planning and decision-making by providing insightful financial analyses and recommendations.

• Assist business areas and management with ongoing reporting, follow-up, and ad-hoc analyses.

• Analyze financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Develop, implement, and maintain financial models and forecasting tools to support data-driven business decisions.

• Participate in the development of key performance indicators, reporting, and business systems using existing and new tools and models.

• Independently lead and coordinate workflows within development projects. What do we offer you? To fit the role, we see that you have a background in Transaction Services. You thrive in a changing environment and can work independently within the framework of a team. You are a proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills, who can not only identify trends and risks but also transform and communicate these insights into strategic recommendations. As a Business Controller in our team, you will play a key role in driving and supporting financial projects and decisions. You are self-driven and comfortable taking initiative, and you have the ability to communicate complex financial information in an understandable way to various stakeholders. • Are self-driven and proactive with the ability to drive projects and deliver results within set timelines.

• Have a degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Have strong analytical skills and the ability to handle large data sets.

• Excellent knowledge of Excel.

• Have experience with Power-BI or equivalent Business Intelligence systems.

• Experience in Transaction Services (FDD, CDD, Valuation, Corporate finance) is a plus.

• Have good communication skills and experience presenting complex financial data in an understandable way.

• Are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Location: Iver has 25 locations in the Nordics. This role is based at our headquarters in Solna.
