Hundreds of thousands of people are injured every year, but very few claim and receive their personal insurance compensations. This is because going through an insurance process is complicated – it requires time, knowledge, and patience.
At Insurello, we have developed the first digital solution that helps people get the right compensation from their accident insurance and makes it possible for everyone. We have already helped over 45,000 people receive 1 billion SEK in compensations, and the number of users is growing every hour.
About the role:Behind our innovative digital solution is a fantastic team of case handlers who ensure that all customers contacting Insurello receive the best help and advice while guaranteeing a fantastic customer experience. Within the Operations team, there is a Customer Service team responsible for daily incoming and outgoing communication with our customers across various channels.
We are looking for a Customer Service Agent who knows how to provide excellent service and loves helping people. A perfect candidate treats their fellow humans with care and patience and is always proactively looking for the best solutions to customers' problems.
Your daily tasks will mainly include incoming and outgoing calls over the phone, as well as responding to chats and emails regarding customer feedback and questions about their cases with us. You will also have the chance to develop and be involved and engaged in other projects - for example, contacting the marketing team and sharing satisfied customers' reviews.
Who are you?You have a high school diploma.
You speak fluent Swedish and English.
You have a couple of years of customer service experience via phone, chat, and email.
You care about people and find joy in helping them. You understand that being helpful, considerate, patient, and understanding is key to a fantastic customer experience.
You can see the big picture in complex processes and understand how teams and companies work, how people and tasks relate to each other. Additionally, you enjoy being proactive and using this understanding to improve the work around you.
You appreciate collaborating in a team - you are not afraid to ask for advice from colleagues and reach out a hand when you see help is needed.
You can structure your daily work effectively. You are independent, enjoy challenges, and work towards goals.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to adapt and learn new things quickly.
