About the role

As an HR Administrator, you will be an important part of the HR team and support various administrative processes. You will work closely with your colleagues and receive guidance to quickly get into the role. Here you will have the opportunity to build a strong foundation for your future HR career.

Your tasks

• Support in HR processes related to hiring, terminations, contract extensions, and pensions

• Administer trainee programs and international assignments

• Update and maintain personnel records, including employment history, insurance documents, and absence data

• Ensure correct and confidential handling of all personnel data

• Explain basic HR routines and policies to employees

• Provide general administrative support to the HR team in daily operations

We are looking for someone who

• Has 0–2 years of experience in HR or administration

• Has education in HR, business administration, or equivalent

• Is meticulous, structured, and collaborative

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

• Is willing to learn and develop – here you will work closely with experienced colleagues
