Do you have a passion for driving HR processes from start to finish and want to be a key player in a dynamic and global team? We are now looking for a Senior HR Advisor who thrives in an advisory role, is solution-oriented, and has a keen sense for both people and processes.

Your responsibilities

• Provide qualified HR advice and support to managers and employees.

• Manage the entire HR process – from hiring to termination – with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Interpret and apply labor law and internal HR policies, as well as identify potential labor law issues.

• Support in matters related to employee relations, payroll management, and benefits.

• Analyze HR data and transform insights into improvement proposals.

• Identify and drive process improvements that contribute to efficiency and cost optimization.

• Communicate clearly and engagingly with various stakeholders at all levels.

• Ensure confidentiality and professional handling of all personnel matters.

Your profile

• Several years of experience in an HR Advisor role with broad operational competence.

• Good knowledge of Swedish labor law and experience applying it in practice.

• Strong analytical skills and experience working with HR data and key metrics.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Very good IT skills, especially in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Experience from the tech or gaming industry is a plus.

• Desirable: Experience with Workday and case management systems, as well as basic project management skills.

Practical information

• Start: As soon as possible or by agreement.

• Scope: Full-time (100%).

• Location: Stockholm or remote within Sweden.

• Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension.
