We are now looking for a senior warranty administrator for our client's head office in Alvik – a central role where you will be part of a driven team with high technical expertise and a clear customer focus. About the role You will be one of the company's main representatives when it comes to warranty and complaint management, working with cases that require both technical analysis, legal understanding, and the ability to navigate complex contexts. You will have daily contact with workshops, customers, and internal functions, and independently drive cases from start to finish. Your main responsibilities: • Handling warranty and complaint cases according to applicable terms and legislation • Technical assessment of damage and error descriptions, often in dialogue with workshops • Contact with customers and suppliers to create understanding and find solutions • Administrative follow-up, documentation, and feedback on cases • Active improvement work of processes and routines within the warranty flow We are looking for someone who • Has at least five years of experience in the automotive industry, e.g., as a warranty administrator, service advisor, workshop manager, or technician • Has a good understanding of vehicle mechanics and is used to communicating with both technicians and customers • Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions even in complex cases • Is independent but also a team player who contributes to the team's common goals • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written • Has good computer and phone skills, and finds it easy to learn new systems • Experience in leadership, process development, or quality work is highly meritorious Opportunities: • A key role in a growing and professional warranty team • Work in modern premises in Alvik, together with engaged colleagues • A role where you get to work with both technical and legal aspects • Opportunity to influence and develop both working methods and routines • A company with a fast pace, strong forward momentum, and good cohesion
