An important role behind the scenes As an operations manager focusing on planning and scheduling, you play a key role in creating long-term sustainability in our staffing. You work proactively to ensure that we can deliver safety and quality every day, both now and in the future.

You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and developing staffing over time. This includes scheduling, vacation planning, onboarding, and administration of personnel data. You follow up on security checks, book training, and ensure that the right competencies are available when needed.

In special cases, you also support our operational managers, especially during high workloads or resource shortages. At the same time, you develop and document routines that strengthen efficiency and long-term sustainability in staffing. The role requires both independence and close collaboration with the operations manager, HR, and other key functions in the organization.

Is this you? We are looking for someone with a high school education, preferably with an administrative or social science focus. You have excellent system skills, particularly within HR and scheduling systems, and are comfortable expressing yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing. You have previously worked with scheduling, operational planning, or HR administration – preferably within the security industry or another service-intensive sector.

You are structured, responsible, and used to working independently. You are communicative, solution-oriented, and always consider the bigger picture in planning. You thrive in an environment where high demands are placed on both precision and collaboration.
