Your Role

We are looking for an experienced construction manager in the field of control and electrical engineering for a large construction and civil engineering project in the Stockholm area. In this role, you will be an important part of the project and construction management organization, responsible for monitoring contracts and ensuring that work is carried out correctly, coordinated, and in accordance with applicable requirements. You will work closely with project managers and other construction managers.

Your Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, among others:

Conducting inspections, preparing inspection protocols, and monitoring that final documentation is submitted on time Collaborating with the inspector to ensure that pre-inspections are carried out on time according to the contractor's inspection plan Monitoring the progress of contracts regarding cost, time, quality, safety, work environment, environmental impact, and social sustainability Handling technical questions within the area of responsibility Administering and managing documentation related to testing, contract and commissioning inspections, deliveries, and handovers Following up on inspection remarks and ensuring corrective actions Documenting materials for further invoicing to another party Administering meetings and documentation related to intrusion processes

Qualifications (mandatory requirements)

At least 5 years of experience as a construction manager in the field of control/telecommunications in contracts within railway, depot, or similar construction projects B driver's license Good Swedish in spoken and written form

Desirable Experience

Experience working with El 400V Experience in commissioning, testing, and handover of contracts Experience in project management within control and electrical engineering Experience as a public client
