5S Vent AB was founded in 2021. We deliver ventilation as it should be – this means high quality, careful service, and clear work processes. We work with installation, service, and contracting in ventilation for private individuals, companies, and larger projects. As demand grows, we want to strengthen our team with a few more ventilation installers to continue delivering high standards without compromising quality.

You will be part of our daily installation and service team, which currently consists of three installers and one project manager, to whom you will report. The management sends out the work planning via Bygglet every week, and urgent matters are communicated via phone contact. You will start from home with a service vehicle (one vehicle for two people).

As a Ventilation Installer, you will work with:

• Installation and service of ventilation systems
• Cleaning and status assessment of ventilation systems after fires and water damage
• Sometimes you may be called out for an urgent matter where you need to quickly assess with the customer what needs to be done, and then perform the work.
• Conducting risk assessments before the job, both for yourself and the surroundings,
• Administration for each job is included - such as documentation before, during, and after work with photos, text, and self-checks. Keeping a diary.
• Clear and direct communication with management, customers, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that the administration in Bygglet is done properly and understandably. This includes documentation, text, images, and diary, as well as performing self-checks. Ensure that the workplace is left clean and organized, communicate with the customer's contact person, and represent the company well.

Desired Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience as a ventilation installer or similar work with ventilation/duct work.
• Driver's license B.
• Good Swedish in speech and writing.
• English in speech
• If you are called for an interview, you will need to bring and show an unopened extract from the criminal record. This is a requirement for some of our customers.

You are meticulous and structured, and you take responsibility for getting the job done on time and with high quality. Since the job involves a lot of customer contact and often takes place in other people's environments, it is important that you are service-oriented and have a professional demeanor. You thrive when tasks are varied – from installation, service, troubleshooting to self-check – and you are flexible with the layout of workdays. You appreciate clear routines but can think independently, take your own initiatives, and contribute to improvements in how we work. Quality in work is of great importance.

Preferable if you:

• Have training in safe lifting, hot work, fall protection, or other relevant safety training.
• Have plumbing training (or other documented ventilation training)
• Certification in ventilation

Start: Immediately

Working hours: 7 AM - 4 PM Mon-Fri

Location: Where will you work? Starting from home, out with customers in Greater Stockholm and surrounding areas, monthly gathering at the office in Botkyrka.

Employment type: Full-time. Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
