Fasticon is now looking for an experienced Project Manager based in Kronoberg County. The assignment will last for at least one year, is full-time, and is expected to start in early 2026.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading several parallel construction and civil engineering projects in Kronoberg County. The role is suitable for you as a senior project manager with strong implementation skills and experience in managing complex project environments.

As a Project Manager, you have overall responsibility for several ongoing projects simultaneously. You lead and support project managers in their work and ensure that the projects are executed with good control over time, quality, and budget.

The projects vary in nature and include facilities, public environments, and special properties. The role involves a broad technical scope and requires the ability to manage both traditional and more complex project forms.

You will have ongoing dialogue with the client organization and act as a reliable and professional representative at all stages of the projects.

• Overall responsibility for several parallel construction and civil engineering projects.
• Coordination and follow-up of project managers and project teams.
• Ensure delivery according to set goals for time, quality, and budget.
• Ongoing contact and reporting to the client organization.
• Contribute to structure, governance, and development of project execution.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has solid experience in leading larger and complex construction and civil engineering projects.
• Is confident in a senior project management role and has driven projects from start to completion.
• Has documented experience in delivering projects with good financial and time control.
• Is accustomed to managing multiple projects simultaneously and creating structure in a complex everyday environment.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and other stakeholders.

Your assignment takes place at the client company, but you can choose whether you want to work as a subcontractor with your own company or be a consultant directly employed by Fasticon. As an employed consultant, you are covered by collective agreements, insurance, and occupational pension.
