We are now looking for a Site Manager for Peab Asphalt Southern Stockholm

Peab Asfalt AB is a subsidiary of the Peab Group and is one of Sweden's largest companies in the manufacturing and laying of hot, warm, and cold asphalt. We have a strong focus on innovation for more environmentally friendly asphalt and took the lead in the industry to reduce carbon dioxide emissions with the launch of ECO-Asphalt.

About the position

As a site manager, you will assist the site manager with their tasks. Responsibilities include:

• Planning, leading, and distributing the daily work for our paving workers
• Ensuring competence and resources for a job and adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
• Being responsible for daily operations
• Creating a good working environment for your team

The role of site manager offers many social contacts, challenges, and great opportunities for personal development. The geographical area of your work will be Stockholm and its surroundings.

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with good experience in leading asphalt work or work that we consider equivalent.

We seek someone with strong leadership qualities who can work independently while also being able to build trusting relationships with employees and clients.

As a person, you enjoy being the one who brings people and tasks together, you work in a structured manner even in stressful situations, and you have the ability to prioritize.

Requirements

• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Leadership experience in asphalt and construction.
