Project Manager Refrigeration – Årsta

About the Role

As a project manager in refrigeration, you will be an important part of our operations in Stockholm, located in Årsta. You will work closely with our service manager, branch manager, and all colleagues within Energy and ROT. We are a team that is competitive, engaged, and works really well together. You will be responsible for driving and developing our refrigeration business and ensuring that projects and services maintain high quality and good profitability. The role involves freedom under responsibility and great opportunities to influence and develop the business.

You will among other things:

• Lead projects through all phases and be responsible for calculations, results, and execution
• Work operationally and strategically with follow-up and evaluation
• Build and develop customer relationships, including upselling
• Ensure a safe and sustainable working environment
• Contribute to engagement, clear communication, and participation in the team
• Continuously report on project finances and progress

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you need to have:

• At least 5 years of experience in the refrigeration industry
• At least 2 years of documented experience in project management
• Experience with AB/ABT and ÄTA management
• Good understanding of contract and service projects in refrigeration
• Driver's license B
• Good system skills, preferably in the Office suite
• Good communication skills in Swedish and English

Meritorious

• Experience in calculation work and bidding processes
• Familiarity with financial follow-up and project results
