We are looking for a Project Leader for documentation for a state-owned entity in energy production and district heating.

This is a consulting assignment. The location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The Project Leader works at a strategic level and is responsible for document coordination within investment projects. The role involves leading, driving, and setting requirements for sub-projects within technical facility documentation and acting as a contact point between the project and the management organization.

Responsibilities

Develop requirement lists, budgets, timelines, resource plans, documentation plans, and document lists for the project's technical deliveries.

Establish instructions for technical documentation and schedule deliveries in consultation with main and sub-project leaders.

Support technical sub-project leaders and ensure that documentation is available in digital and physical archives.

Inform the Management about timelines, TG points, and final documentation.

Train projects and suppliers/contractors on documentation requirements.

Ensure maintainable documentation and delivery to the maintenance system IFS.

Lead and plan documentation work according to the project plan, including the review process.

Ensure that all sub-projects follow the documentation plan and that the correct templates, check-outs, and number series are used.

Collaborate with BAS-P/BAS-U regarding work environment-related documentation.

Define roles for internal and external resources within the Documentation sub-project.

Continuously report status to the project leader.

Implement decisions from the project leader, steering group, or other decision-makers and make project-specific documentation decisions in consultation with relevant functions.

Requirements (Mandatory)

Technical university education.

Good knowledge of technical documentation and drawings.

Have participated in or carried out several similar assignments in the relevant field with high quality. (Mention reference assignments as indicated in your CV).

Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.

Driver's license: B.

Meritorious

Several years of experience in project or sub-project management within Technical facility documentation.

Personal Qualities

Self-driven. Security clearance and background check are required.

Communicative.

Leadership qualities regarding leading and driving.
