Operations Manager Landscaping – Storstockholm Farmartjänst AB

Do you want to help create functional and sustainable outdoor environments? We are looking for an experienced and committed manager in landscaping!

As the head of our landscaping operations, you will play a central role in driving our landscaping and fine planning projects forward – from planning to final delivery. You will work closely with both our own staff and subcontractors and be the link between the customer and the execution on site.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing personnel and machinery resources, being involved and participating in the work, and ensuring that it is carried out according to set requirements. You have an eye for detail and are solution-oriented, while also enjoying customer contact and being businesslike in your communication.

Responsibilities

• Planning of landscaping projects
• Coordination of own staff and subcontractors
• Cost estimation, budgeting, and customer proposals
• Monitoring of production, economy, and quality
• Maintaining good relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners

Qualifications

• Documented experience as a leader in landscaping and fine planning
• Good knowledge of contract law and industry regulations (AB 04, ABT 06)
• Ability to work independently and make decisions
• Experience in cost estimation and customer contact
• Driver's license B is a requirement

Meritorious

• Good network of suppliers and potential customers
• Experience in this type of business
• Good IT skills, e.g., in budgeting or project management systems
