We are in an exciting growth phase and are now looking for an Operational Project Manager who wants to help shape our future organization and ensure the highest quality in our projects.

As an Operational Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the execution of our new construction projects, primarily townhouses and semi-detached houses in the Huddinge area. The role requires a person who enjoys switching between strategic planning and operational management on-site at the construction site.

Your main responsibilities:

• Production Management: Lead and coordinate daily operations and direct subcontractors towards set goals.

• Time, Quality & Economy: Ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule and meet our high quality requirements and budget constraints.

• Logistics & Planning: Proactively plan resource and material flows to ensure an uninterrupted production chain.

• Authority Contact: Responsible for dialogue with the municipality and authorities, including start permits, site visits, and final consultations.

• Customer & Aftermarket: Responsible for inspections and a professional handover to our end customers.

We are looking for a confident and unpretentious leader with a practical understanding of all stages of the construction process. You likely started your career in a craft profession and have since developed into a supervisor or project manager. You are a person who inspires trust, makes decisions based on knowledge, and has the ability to set demands on partners.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in construction production, preferably in new residential construction.

• Strong construction technical competence and good experience in interpreting drawings and construction documents.

• Experience in independently driving projects and managing subcontractors on a general contract basis.

• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, and hold a B driver's license.
