TJF Ställningar AB is part of the Cyntus AB group and conducts scaffolding contracts within construction, industrial, and property projects. The business is characterized by structure, safety, and quality requirements in execution.

The company is now seeking a site manager with solid professional experience and a good ability to calculate, plan, and follow up on scaffolding contracts.

About the role

The role involves responsibility for scaffolding projects from inquiry to completed work. The site manager is responsible for budgeting, planning, production, and follow-up.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with the production manager, to whom the role reports. Ongoing follow-up of production, time, and finances is part of the assignment.

The work is primarily located in the Stockholm area, but assignments in other locations may occur.

The employment begins with a 6-month probationary period.

Responsibilities

– Budgeting and pricing of scaffolding contracts

– Quantity take-off and reading drawings

– Development of technical scaffolding solutions

– Planning of personnel, materials, and logistics

– Operational management of assemblers

– Ongoing reporting to the production manager

– Contact with clients and site management

– Ensuring that work complies with current occupational health and safety requirements

– Follow-up on time, quality, and finances

Requirements

– Several years of experience in scaffolding work

– Experience in site management or equivalent responsibility

– Good ability to calculate scaffolding jobs

– Familiarity with reading drawings and technical assessments

– Good knowledge of occupational health and safety, security, and industry regulations

– Ability to work in a structured and independent manner

– Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

– B driver's license

Formal education is an advantage, but practical experience is crucial.
