You will work as a plumbing installer and assist Clas Fixare's customers with everything from simpler types of service jobs to being part of a team when we are out doing more extensive work. You are attentive to customer needs and are tasked with finding constructive and cost-effective solutions to customer problems. It will be a varied and fun job with a lot of customer contact. The position in question is located in the Stockholm region, and you will perform jobs around Stockholm and Uppsala. Who are you?

You are good at “connecting with people” and enjoy helping individuals with various plumbing-related services. You also thrive in advisory situations where you can share your knowledge in plumbing and have a chance to suggest solutions. You can work independently and place great importance on behaving correctly and providing excellent service, for example by cleaning up after yourself and asking if there is anything else the customer needs help with while you are on site, as well as recommending other services. It is important that you recognize yourself in the following: • You have practical experience as a plumbing installer • Experience working with private customers and/or experience from the service industry • You have plumbing certification and training in Safe Water • You have good IT skills • You have good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form • You have a B driver's license Do you recognize yourself?
