On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a consultant in Technical Management for a housing company in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-02-09 and last until 2026-12-31, with the possibility of a one-year extension.

About the assignment As a Property Engineer/Technical Manager, the focus is on a cohesive maintenance planning in connection with a larger property acquisition. The portfolio includes approximately 1200 residential apartments and about 5000 sqm of commercial premises distributed across 41 buildings.

The role belongs to the technical unit and involves overall responsibility for technical management with a particular focus on planning, control, and follow-up of planned maintenance. The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues within the technical unit as well as with the management organization.

The assignment includes, among other things, conducting maintenance inspections of the portfolio, establishing and working with maintenance planning in the property system Greenwiev, project managing maintenance measures as needed, and identifying areas for improvement within technology and energy where there is potential for savings and efficiency.

The initial focus of the assignment is on the newly acquired portfolio but may also include other properties within the organization as needed.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• You have a relevant university degree in engineering, such as property management, construction, or HVAC, or equivalent competence acquired in another way.

• You have at least ten years of experience in a similar role within technical management or a related function in the real estate industry.

• You have documented experience with technical building systems and installation systems within water, HVAC, and cooling.

• You have good knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards related to technical management and contract law.

• You have in-depth and documented knowledge in property economics and technical as well as economic calculations, particularly LCC calculations.

• You have experience in design, project management, installation coordination, quality monitoring, and inspections.

• You have good IT and administrative skills and work systematically in digital systems.

• You hold a valid driver's license B.

It is an advantage if you also meet the following requirements:

• You have experience in energy efficiency within housing companies.
