In the role of site manager at Bergtornet, you will work in an operational and central role in the daily production on the construction site. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on the daily work and are an important link between skilled workers, subcontractors, and project managers. The projects are primarily focused on various types of wellness and gym environments in the Stockholm area.

To succeed in this role, you have:

• 2–4 years of experience in the construction industry as a site manager, preferably within gyms, retail, or similar local adaptations
• Experience working with property owners, new construction, and service projects
• Good understanding of the overall picture in a construction project
• Driving license B

Meritorious:

• Experience with gym/training facilities and/or retail construction
• BAS-P and BAS-U
