About the Talent Program
We are proud to launch our Talent Program for the fourth time in collaboration with Aenigma. The program is designed to give you a strong start in your career through a tailored development plan that helps you grow long-term within the company. Over the course of a year, you will combine real consulting assignments with training that enhances both your technical skills and personal abilities. The program focuses on developing you in technology, maintenance methodology, and project work, while also training you in leadership, collaboration, and communication.
You will go through the program with other talents from different locations, creating an inspiring community and a valuable network. Throughout the year, you will participate in joint training sessions, digital meetings, and exchanges of experience with both junior and senior colleagues. The goal is for you to grow in your role, feel secure, and receive the right support at every step of your development. We believe in long-term success and want to provide you with the best conditions to succeed with us – therefore, we offer a first year filled with learning, development, and community through our Talent Program.
Who Are We Looking For?
This program is aimed at recent graduates.
Requirements for the Role:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy and Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English
- Driver's license and ability to travel for work
Preferred, but not required:
- Practical experience as a mechanic, electrician, or service technician
- Experience with maintenance systems
- Previous experience in a consulting role
- Completed courses in project management

What You Will Work On
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will work on varying assignments within sectors such as water and wastewater, energy, and process industry. You will have a role with a clear customer focus and a daily routine where you alternate between being on-site and working closely with your team.
Examples of Tasks:
- Work with facility documentation and create maintenance plans
- Be on-site with clients together with colleagues
- Drive or support maintenance-related improvement and renovation projects
- Work with technical documentation, spare parts management, and strategic maintenance
- Contribute to the development of work processes and maintenance systems
- Participate in planning and execution of maintenance stops

The Team You Will Join
You will belong to a close-knit team of about 16 people in the Stockholm and Avesta business area. The group consists of both project managers and maintenance engineers, characterized by:
