VVS Metoder is in an exciting growth phase, and we are looking for a skilled and dynamic project manager with a good understanding of both the commercial aspects of large projects. Here you will have the opportunity to influence, develop, and be a key person in the company's continued success.

Your responsibilities

In the role of project manager with us, you will be responsible for driving projects efficiently and delivering high quality within timeframes and budget.

Your main responsibilities include:

·        Lead, plan, and execute projects from start to finish

·        Ensure that project goals regarding time, budget, and quality are met

·        Supervise and coordinate internal and external parties in the projects

·        Establish and follow up on project plans and resource needs

·        Ensure that contracts and agreements are followed

·        Coordinate installations together with the site manager

·        Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in project management within installation/plumbing and who is used to driving larger projects. You are structured, have good leadership skills, and enjoy working in an environment where you can influence.

To succeed in this role, we see that you have

·        Experience with project management models and planning tools.

·        Strong ability to lead and motivate teams.

·        Structured and business-oriented approach.

·        Good understanding of contract management.
